The DM Review 100 is determined based on the results of a
product usage and vendor rating survey of our readers conducted over
the Web by The Gantry Group LLC. Survey respondents were presented
with a questionnaire that examined more than 225 vendors in nine
product categories. Respondents were asked to rank on a scale of 1
to 4 (1 = poor, 4 = excellent) each vendor whose products are in use
in their organizations in each of the nine categories. Respondents
were also asked to rank each vendor for overall customer service and
satisfaction.
The DM Review 100 constitute the top 100 companies in the
business intelligence space as determined by DM Review
readers.
